Blocked, stuffed up nose

I have had this for a week. It is driving me mad as I can't sleep or taste anything. Has anyone else had this? Can I use a spray to help so I can at least sleep at night? I don't have a cold so I guess it is a pregnancy thing?

My doctor said nasal spray was fine to dry up a nose when i had my cold.
you could always call your doctor to make sure?

I asked the nurse at work. She said the nasal spray was fine but not oral decongestant. I woke up with hubbie on lounge this morning. He said I sound like a cross between a strangled buffalo and a car horn when I manage to drop off to sleep. Charming...

If you haven't got a cold then it's just pregnancy stuffiness - very common

I've been blocked for weeks. My pharmacist gave me a saline based spray and it really brought everything out, 100% safe too.

when i had that, i used nasel spray and it worked really good.

Yeah I have been having a blocked nose for a couple of weeks now, I put a tiny bit of Vicks vapour rub just under my nose, it works a treat and is safe in pregnancy. Hope you find something that helps, take care
