Shooting pains.

I was sitting on the sofa watching tele earlier when i got a really sharp shooting pain up the left lower side of my bump. It was big enough for me to go ow and jump a bit, but eased off a second later, but i had a few of them 10-50 seconds apart.

They stopped after about 7.. but just laying in bed now and i just got 2 more.

Are they normal? I did have them when i was very early on in first tri and was told its normal but didnt know whether it still was at this point or not?

Sounds like either round ligament pain (stretching of the ligaments in your pelvic area to accommodate your ever-growing uterus) ... or braxton hicks ...

Check with your doctor at your next appointment though to make sure.
