Heart beat for the first time !!!

Hearing the heart beath for the first time is amazing!!!!! Everything is healthy and brilliant but .....


My midwife got me to do a routine urine check that showed traces of protein? What does this mean? What can I do and it is bad? Xxx

Hearing the heatbeat is fab! not sure about the protine think it can just mean a small uti x

Yay for hearing heart beat! My MW found baby's at 15 weeks and it was so special. As for the protein is it written up in your notes? If its just 'trace level' then it could just mean your kidneys are having to work that little bit harder because your pregnant and is nothing to worry about, if it has + signs next to it then it could mean you have an infection somewhere, UTI etc but I'm sure she would have mentioned if this were the case.
