With my first baby I assembled a whole fitted bedroom by myself and then found out and had a panic! I had also had a few nights out drinking and had consumed a fair amount. He was a beautiful surprise so I wasnt being irresponsible but didnt stop me feeling guilty.

Nothing happened with second baby but i was still taking things easy from my c-section.

This time I was late so did a preg test and it came up negative, I went round a friends that evening to pick up a set of drawers and had to help her get it down the stairs (it weighed a tonn!). When I got home I showed DH the test to show I wasn't pg and there were 2 lines, it must have just been VERY faint when I tested earlier and developed more over the day. My jaw hit the floor and the guilt flooded back as I had just been heaving furniture about.

It's not that dangerous, but I went ziplining in Hawaii when I was about 4 weeks along. I knew I was pregnant (don't hate me) but there are risks. Then again, there is a risk every time I drive a car, cross the street, etc.
