Has anyones symptoms gone?

Im starting to panic

ever since week 6 to week 16 i had terrible ms, then i had terrible headaches, lower back pain, strecthing feelings in my lower stomach. but all of a sudden my symptoms have gone.

I feel fine, like i use to before pregnancy.

Is this a worrying sign, im really starting to panic

It's normal. When you get to the second trimester, most people's symptoms go, that's why it's called the most comfortable and worrying trimester - because it feels like you aren't pregnant but you don't know what's going on in there. I had bad morning sickness around the same time as you and I'm feeling fine now.

My symptoms have gone. Ms finally stopped at 16 weeks. The only real clues that i am pregnant is my growing bump and baby girl kicking crap out of my cervix lol.

Mine have gone too. Apart from kicks and cravings I feel nothing like I did first trimester. x

I had hardly any symptoms anyway and didn't feel pregnant for about 2 months and I have only just started feeling kicking since Christmas due to my placenta. The only thing I suffer with now is pelvic pain.

Try not to worry. I rent a doppler for peace of mind. I don't always use it now but knowing it is there stops you obsessing so much.

Completely normal hon, those few weeks between the nausea and debilitating tiredness lifting and feeling baby kick all day are nervewracking! I felt completely normal as well!!

I worry sometimes too, it's too early for me to feel any movement from the baby, so I don't have any kind of reassurance that all is okay. My symptoms disappeared a few weeks ago, I don't feel pregnant at all!
