Can't find this name anywhere....

Jiobhan pronounced (Ja-von)... I saw this name once in a book and I fell in love with it. I'm thinking of using it as my Lo middle name...but I'd really like to know what it means and I am having the hardest time finding it ANYWHERE!

Does anyone know? Or maybe you can help me

if it was in a book, it could be that it won't be in any baby name book or have a specific definition. my parents named us kind of bizaare names and most of them aren't in any name book you'd be able to find. if you like the name, I say go for it!

For a girl we are going for the middle name Yvaine and thats not in any books either. My DH chose it, its the name of the star in Stardust played by Clare Danes. I say if you find a name you like use it, it doesn't have to have a meaning. Take care

try google put babbies names then the name, it may be there x

It's more than likely a made up name, which doesn't have a meaning. Jiobhan has the same annunciation as Siobhan, which is Irish, so it's likely that it was copied over and made into a new name for a boy by just changing the first letter.
