Killer BackPain?!?!


I was told by my doctor this back pain was nothing to freak out about,Just to lay on my sides and stay off it. But the pain has worsen, Anyone else have this or know what I can do to ease it?

I have no idea I have aches and pains but I'd say if you would see it as serious to go back & see your GP.

have u tried a nice warm bath at all hun or even a massage will do some good x

Have you tried those Cura-Heat pads? Can you use them if you are pg?

Heating pad I dont think I can use while pregnant but Im sure asking!!

Imi is that a nerve thing? Well Im asking about it on the 11th Ic an last a few more days!! Thanks ladies
