Anger issue or hormones???!!!!!

I'm not quite sure if I have now developed an anger problem, or if it is my hormones taking on a different level (other than just crying at the most irrelevant things!)

On the way to work this morning i had to post some letters. I asked OH if we could stop at the post box on the way to work. The post box came into sight and OH 'appeared' to be accelerating towards the end of the road rather than slowing down to stop at the box. Normally it wouldn't have bothered me, but not today. I found myself irrationally shouting "The Post Box!" and him looking blankly at me telling me he was stopping!! i hate myself when something like this happens but can't help but almost sulk about it now! Managed to save the tears though, may use them later!!

Does anyone elses hormones fluctuate between irrational emotional behaviour and anger????? Please tell me they do and its not just me

I like your thinking. They get the best bits of it, so only fair they share the downsides as well!!! Will tell him that when he reminds me of my morning outburst

i really have lost it with my hormones!

the other day i was sat at the dinner table with my parents and 2 younger sisters and they were being quite loud and it felt like they were shouting in my head and i got up with my plate and turned around and shouted

'Ican't take this anymore'

and burst into tears and ran upstairs and cried my heart out.

My younger sisters thought it was hilarious...i was actually mortified!

I'm exactly the same, I get irritable/ shout and treat people like they're stupid for no reason. But I have got slightly better since me and OH were watching a tv show (Dexter) and there's a pregnant woman in it. I saw the way she acted and said to OH "Am I that bad." He replied yes and since then I've been trying to calm down a bit

Mmm reminds me of my hubby somewhat. If I am angry or upset about something and dash out he will argue back! I am like "jesus I am pregnant and hormonal leave me alone!" he thinks it is all in our heads. Though coming from him he should know better. He battled thyroid cancer and has no thyroid now. This means no hormones at all. He needs sumpliments and he is still not on a good dosage... You would think he would understand? but nope.... He is still lovey though. After it happens and I run away and cry he will come cuddle me and say sorry.
