If you make the cheesecake and know that it has been properly stored in the fridge etc then it should be fine. Also the same with the cream and mousse. You aren't meant to have food like this from bakeries as you have no idea how long it's been sitting out etc. As for quiche, as long as the egg isn't runny and it is heated through then it is fine. Enjoy!

i know here (in canada) they pasteurize the raw eggs so it would be fine to eat...but im not too sure what they do where you live

Don't know what kind of cheesecake you like but this is a good no-bake style one.

A can of sweetened condensed milk
a brick of cream cheese 500g
1tbsp vanilla
1/4 c. lemon juice

Blend all that together and then you can pour it onto a graham crust or on top of a pan lined with graham crackers. Put it in the fridge till it sets. Then add whatever fruit you like on top, I usually add canned/jarred cherry topping but it's good with any fresh fruit. Yummy strawberries!

As long as it's pasturised egg it's fine. unpasturised is the one you need to look out for.
