Question

Advice on pregnancy pillow pls!

Hi ladies! I've really been trying to sleep on my left side cause 1) they say it's good for you and the baby 2) even if I wanted to, I can't sleep on my back and right side anymore as I wake up with a backpain if I sleep on my back, and if I lay on my right, I feel like all my organs have gotten used to the left side that if I sleep on my right, they feel all crunched up together

Anyhoo, so I'm really wanting to get a pregnancy pillow to help me sleep better at night. Any advice on which is the best brand/kind?? Thanks!!

Thanks! Is it because the pregnancy pillow didn't really help you much?

I got the Dreamgenie pillow from Amazon and it's brilliant. I hug myself round it at night, and am now able to sleep on my left (which i couldn't before). It also has a bit that goes around the back of you so it supports you and stops you rolling on your back

Go for it!

Thanks Kate! So it sounds like that one long curved pillow that starts from the back all the way to the front right? I couldn't decide if that's comfortable or if I should stick with the separates (one for the legs, etc). I'll definitely look into your and the other ladies' suggestions. It's reassuring cause you've all tried them out (I'm always suspicious of ads so I prefer to hear from experience!).

Thanks!!

I'm glad you asked that question. I've not slept properly for a couple of weeks. I've been suffering from leg and back pains and just cannot get comfy at all!
