SPD Support thread


Well here is a suppot thread for SPD, its becoming more common now and I thought it would be good for members to have a place to chat about it/ask questions etc.

excellent thread sweetie i too suffered with it whilst pregnant, but have been so so lucky to not have a problem now, a few twinges, but nothing x x x am really willing to contribute to this thread if any one wants x x x

I hate it, I still have it now and Jasmine is 9months old, got physio tomorrow though so hoping that will help

I've got my first lot of physio in this pregnancy tomorrow morning. I feel like I've been kicked in the groin today.

I had this last time and it's developing again, I was in complete agony for my whole pregnancy, it's not nice at all, this thread is a great idea. x

Stupid doctor said it wud be over after I had Jasmine and its still not gone
