it's not a pregnancy song, but I always played "My little Girl" Tim McGraw while pregnant with Alexa. Still tears me up. x

i was seaching on youtube for My little Girl" Tim McGraw and its such a beautiful song it nearly made me cry.....

then there was a link to this song called butterfly kisses...omg i nearly cried my eyes out...so beautiful...it must be the hormones....lol

Oooo i love this topic. I love this song and I sing this to my baby girl, "Return to Pooh Corner" by Kenny Loggins. It's perfect if you're having a boy, but this is still good song even for a little girl, IMO. And the song by Karen Carpenter "Sometimes" always make me cry, though in a good way.

I know it's not a baby song but you could have "My Brown Eyed Girl" By Van Morrison, my daughter has blue eyes but I love that song.
