I'm Currently Feeling: | I want to enjoy it and I'm looking forward to starting to enjoy it!! This is my first 'proper' pregnancy after a miscarriage at Christmas... just super nervous at the moment and hoping everything is gonna be okay. I think once I hit 20 weeks and have the next scan I will start to relax a bit.
This last week (I am at 15wks) I have felt really rough and yesterday was my worst day for sickness, headache and really hormonal. I had a good old cry last night before going to bed and I felt *much* better today!! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I can't say I enjoy being pregnant. I'm very much looking forward to the end result but maaaaan, is it ever a rollercoaster getting there!
Although I might be in a different boat, as P and I wern't exactly trying to get pregnant . I had lots of plans for this summer, most of them involved patios with fru-fru drinks that have umbrellas and rum in them, ha ha ha. That being said, we're both super excited to meet her! Even though she wasn't exactly planned, she's very much loved and wanted! Funny how things happen and totally change your life.
As for the actual pregnancy? I've had a rough go. I did something with the sacroliliac (sp?) joint/nerve/what-have-you when I was around 9 weeks pregnant. Since I couldn't take muscle relaxers which would have helped, I had to do a month's worth of physio and it was agony any time I tried to lean forward. I worked on my feet for 7 hours out of the day, so needless to say my feet started swelling pretty early! They actually stretched my leather safety shoes! Thank heavens they're replaced every year.
Hmm... what else. Oh, The Hormones. The Hormones are almost a complete being unto their own that I've started capatalizing the words. Lower case just doesn't do it I'm afraid! I was totally unprepared for how hard The Hormones kicked my butt. Amazing. I can't even describe it, aside from my worst PMS multiplied by a million. Not sure about you other ladies, but there were times that I was wigging out on my OH and it was almost like I was looking at myself going "This isn't me... I don't freak out like this!!!!"
Granted, I'm sure he was thinking that as well, lol.
All that aside, the other little things like when we first felt her move, or saw her on the ultrasound, putting her crib together, picking up the stroller, doing the registry for our baby shower... all of that makes all of the crappy stuff all worth while. I'm soooo excited to meet her!!! |

I have had no sickness, just bloating the first few weeks.
No aches and pains yet
A bit spotty and hormonal but other than that FINE! Oh and tired sometimes
Just cant wait to get a fully fledged bump!!
May change my mind when I start to waddle |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I am totally enjoying it! I have had a really easy time so far, no sickness or anything. Loving the new body with all it's lovely round bits. Had a wee bit of back pain and a really stuffed up nose for ages now but nothing else to complain about. This whole thing is just so amazing. My OH is really chilled out about it all too so we're just cruising at the moment. I am very lucky, and I am so sorry for all of you that are having a hard time. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I don't enjoy the physical symptoms of being pregnant but I love the fact that I'm nurturing my little baby and creating a new little person with a unique personality. I don't get an easy ride when pregnant, but hey, it's all worth it! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I am enjoying it.But I'm not too...coz I'm constantly worrying if anything's goin to happen too her. I don't like the sharp kicks she gives me,they hurt and I can't get comfortable when she's moving about. Don't get me wrong the movements and kicks are lovely, but I'm still not used too em. Can't get used to em. I jump everytime she moves, and sometimes yell, coz she hurt me. But I am enjoying it. Watching bump grow, and seeing her move from the outside. I would much rather her be out than in though |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I am not enjoying my pregnancy, I have been signed off work since 7 weeks with one thing after another and I honestly can't remember the last day I felt 'well'. I can't wait to have my body back! There are bits that are nice, like the scans, the popping feelings, thinking up names and imagining life after he is born, but TBH at the moment I wouldn't consider going through this again! But people say they often thought that and then once they had the baby the problems of pregnancy kind of faded into the background and they went ahead and had another one so I'd better keep an open mind! |
