Bowling

Hi guys, might sound like a silly question, but are we allowed to go bowling? My work is arranging a bowling night and I'd love to be able to go, but I dont want to risk harming the LO!

Im not 100% but i wouldent think it was good for you, with them weighty bowling balls and all the bending involved.

But like i said, im not 100%, maybe some of the other ladies will be able to help more.

I had wondered about this too but if it was me I think I would give it a miss, the heavy balls and stuff, unless you use the really light one!! I have had bleeding and stuff so that would prob be why I wouldnt bother

you could use a light ball and even use the aids they have to bowl so you're not bending too much.

I had some bleeding in the first tri, maybe I'll give it a miss... I'm sure I could tag along and just cheer on my team!

I've read about this on here before and apparently you are actually allowed. I think u have to take more care, pick up a lighter ball than normal and becareful not to bend down too much. If u go hope u have fun!

You can go bowling as long as you use the light weight balls and don't throw yourself down the alley! That wood is very slippery!

I'm so gald you asked this question as OH wanted us to go bowling yesterday but I said no coz I didn't think I'd be allowed with baby beanie.

OH mentioned about using the aid things and I dont see a problem if you do use them, but its up to you and how you feel.
