I'm Currently Feeling: 


I went bowling about three weeks ago - did two games and by half way through the second i was knackered!! I ached the next day too. I think as long as you don't push yourself you'd be ok, and maybe pick a lighter ball.

Yeah go anyway, they usually have a little arcade thing at most bolwing places anyway, you could have a go at a few of the machines there, my personal favourite being the 2p slot machine (the one were you put £2 of 2p's in and it pushes about 10p and a toffee wrapper back out for you!!)
