Talk to your midwife, but I'm sure you will be okay. Like Lillysmum said, lots of people have done things they aren't supposed to during pregnancy without knowing they shouldn't and everything is just fine.

Iam sure as a one off hun you will be fine , I had no parecetomal in the other day and had horrific toothache and took an ipubrefen , I knew it wasnt reccomended but i was in agony .
I checked babies heartbeat everything seems fine , I was just in sooo much pain .

I have ben taking antihistamines every weekend because I am allergic to my cats.....and my GP and OBGYN say they are both fine.
