Getting impatient!!!

Am i the only one who's getting really impatient with the fact that they've still got bloody ages to go???? I was in Next thismorning (looking at baby stuff) and a lady came over and asked how long i've got left, '15 weeks' i say, 'OMG! But you're HUGE' she says ' i would have only thought you'd got a couple of weeks left'!
I'm already massive and look like i should be full term & it feels like i've been pregnant FOREVER!!! Its not helping because my SIL had her little girl a couple of weeks ago - and......I WANT MINE TOO!!!!

I know i sound like a stroppy teenager btw.

I know exactly how you feel! I've got even longer to wait than you

My best mates baby is due in 3 weeks and I'm sooooo jealous!

Just keep telling myself to be patient as we will soon have them for the rest of our lives...

Hope the time passes quickly for you xxx

I don't think it helped finding out i was pregnant two weeks after conception! I think if i'd have found out when i was 8 or 9 weeks it wouldn't feel as long.
I think i need to find a hobby or something - other than shopping for baby stuff - to take my mind off the whole 'being pregnant' thing. It also doesn't help because all i want to do at the mo is buy baby outfits, toys and stuff for the nursery!

Hiya,

Yea it does feel like forever but it soon goes (honestly) Once you get into third tri you'll probably start organising, thinking about your labour bag and what else you need to buy for yourself and baby. Washing everything takes a while aswell. Plus your mw check ups become more regular and you might be taking antenatalclasses. I found in general they just made me feel more 'pregnant' and in the circle. It does help time speed up but from about 36 weeks and when you're all organised and the uncomfyness sets in then (i warn you) its boring and you'll soon see your posts on here rise
