Question

Does anyone else get a 'stitch' when walking??

Ok i have noticed this quite a bit now.
I mean i'm not even walking fast i'm taking my time but i still end up with a painful stitch, after a while of walking it eases off then eventually goes.

Strange but true. X

Yes i used to get this. Don't get it anymore though as i have SPD and find walking a struggle.

I've got rid of one pain and got another twice as bad!!
