I'm Currently Feeling: 


ouch!


I'm sooooo fed up!!!!! have got a real bad headache
again! thats everyday this week and most of last week
its really getting me down and interupting my days i just cant
function with them and cant get anything done
i just need to but imposible with a 2 year old...

i never suffered with them in my last pregnancy and just wondered if
anyone else is having frequent headaches? xxx

I'm Currently Feeling: 


i had them earlier on. at about 14 weeks. but they were really bad, i didnt even want to move my head because it hurt so i can only imagine what its like having a two year old to look after aswel. take some paras and keep topping yourself up.
hope it goes away soon.

thankfully iv not had them for a couple of weeks but i was getting them constant and i know what you mean you cant sleep with a 2 year old, iv felt like crap for days and i really need to have a sleep but i cant because brendan is wide awake lol, hope your headaches go soon hun, are you drinking enough water? i know its an annoying question i got asked it loads but i wasnt drinkin enough really so could be that

Im always getting them i find if i take some paracetomol and drink plenty of water they tend to go, hope you feel better soon hun

That's a good point about the hydration o0ocharlieo0o i don't drink enough need to start i drink loads of milk tho lol, haven't had the headaches so maybe milk is good, i'd agree with above and suggest liquid good call hope it goes. x

i just feel like total crap ...yeah i have been wondering if its due to not drinking enough fluids? am trying to drink plenty probs need more though

Oh I am , but I don't have a two year old so i guess things are a little easier for me. Have you tried those cold gel things you can put on your forehead? I did once but didn't like them but may work for you?

yeah i have tried them cos i always have them in for my 2 yr old so i pinched one of his lol! not sure if they work though x

yeah it is very hard with a toddler! i am just sooo exausted! feeling a bit sorry for myself lol. i think its a mixture of being tired but not being able to sleep on a night and not enough fluids...guess the housework will have to wait for a while, thanks for the advice xxx
