Anyone know how i can get rid of my sore shoulder?

Is there anything i can put on it? any cream or anything?
Its aching like mad, its been sore for weeks and its just not getting better, today is a perticularly bad day, i cant even keep my bra strap on it its hurting so much.
I thought it was a pulled muscle to start with, but its looking like its not, ive made a doc appointment thursday, but is there anything i can do in the mean time to ease it?

Thanks in advance girls.

Oh i get this!!! Deep heat on it helps. So either a nice bath or get a hot water bottle on it. And when your having a bath soak your shoulders under the water and give them a good rub while under get some circulation going

Hope it eases XxxxX

Sorry Enigma, I know you started this one but I was about to ask something along similar lines... Just got out of the car and came over feeling all strange across my shoulders and upper arms. They feel a little numb and they're tingling. My shoulders feel a little achy too. I'm 16 weeks now and worried that it's not a good sign... Any advice ladies? Thanks

Dont worry about it hun, you ask away.
If its just started though i suggest taking a bath and keeping it warm, it might go yet, if not ill let you know the doc says on thursday.

Also dont rule out siatcia *sp* trapped nerve's. These kill and dont always have to be at the bottom of your back and legs, can be at the top of your neck etc. And because baba is just out the pelvic bone at 14-16 weekish this change can cause it....then it will settle and then come back once baba is bigger XxX
