Exhausted!!!

I'm soooooo exhausted! I'm not sleeping very well, to the point where my OH has taken to sleeping on the sofa just so i can get some rest but its not helping. I'm falling behoned with washing, cleaning, general stuff and i'm just too knackered to even attempt much.

I don't really like him sleeping on the sofa but i think he feels guilty sleeping like a baby in the same bed as me while i'm tossing and turning. *sigh* Only 16 weeks to go! lol

I can completely relate. I'm having terrible sleeps recently with leg cramps and general uncomfyness :'( I wouldn't care so much if I didn't work and could nap through the day but I can't. I'm sure my iron levels are low. The stupid hosp lost the full bloods results from my booking in so I'm still not sure they're high enough >=(

Im not sleeping at all and if I can't sleep- hubby won't either. We sat up at 2 am and watched t.v. in the livingroom. I kept telling him to go to bed since he had work in the morning but he wouldn't leave my side. Let's see if he keeps it up when the little man arrives.

It's horrible isn't it? I usually love my sleep, but haven't had a proper nights sleep in ages. You would think mother nature would let us store up extra right now!!!!

I've tried lots of tips and sometimes staying up an hour later than normal and having a cup of milky coco helps me wind down enough to sleep - ahve you tried that? lol, if your anything like me you'll have tried EVERYTHING!

best of luck x
