I'm Currently Feeling: | Blah i found this on the net :
Pregnancy leg cramps are not your ordinary run-of-the-mill leg cramps. Nope, a pregnancy leg cramp will often have you leaping out of bed screaming at the top of your lungs.
Leg cramps can be caused by a calcium deficiency, so be sure to get enough calcium. |

No M/S, no constipation, nothing! Then a few nights ago I got woken by my first leg cramp, it was sooo sore! I got another one last night as well. I have to stand up and just breathe through it until it goes away after 20seconds or so. I try not to stretch my leg too much or else I seem to pull the muscle and it's really sore to walk on the next day. Hoping it doesn't end up becoming a nightly occurance! Oh the joys of pregnancy! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I get them too - I wake Matt up and get him to flex my leg for me - which I'm sure he loves
I've read that drinking tonic water helps - something to do with the quinine in it |
