I'm Currently Feeling: 


Flapjacks are good too - the oats. Bowls of cereal and muesli, yogurts, crackers and any sort of veggie topping (not sure if you like marmite) - and things like that, which don't really take any prep or cooking but are good for you. Veggie pasties are good too.

I feel quite rubbish today too. I'm just resting but it is frustrating as I have to keep steering my mind away from all the things i keep thinking about that need doing but which I can't do.

Yeah I've had lots of cereal, it's good as it keeps my milk intake up too. And I love yeast-ex! Will take some with me and loads of bread and butter too. I can survive a long time on bread and butter if I have to!

I just want to say thanks again to everyone for being so kind to me. As I've worked from home and been scoffing all day I find this evening I've been feeling much better. The main thing for next week is to prioritise eating and I will try and get as big meals as I can manage each time so as not to get too sick. I just feel so much happier when the sickness goes for a bit.
