| Flapjacks are good too - the oats. Bowls of cereal and muesli, yogurts, crackers and any sort of veggie topping (not sure if you like marmite) - and things like that, which don't really take any prep or cooking but are good for you. Veggie pasties are good too.
I feel quite rubbish today too. I'm just resting but it is frustrating as I have to keep steering my mind away from all the things i keep thinking about that need doing but which I can't do. |
