Top tip for painful legs at night

The physio at my hospital made this rec, and it really works.

Put a duvet or sleeping bag under your fitted sheet to cushion you from the matress - I was having really bad leg cramps that woke me up and this has really eased them

Sleeping with a pillow between your knees really helps too, but most people know that one.

Sweet dreams, now only the urge to pee in the night to deal with....

Also eat bananas as low potassium levels can cause cramps. Really helped me.

I put my feet up above my heart for at least an hour before bed, and put a heating pad on my calves at the same time. Then right before bed I do calf stretches. Seems to be helping.
