shooting pains(strange question?)

i've been having realli quite weird shooting pains tht sort of feel like there shooting up erm my ("Ladies bits") hehe

just wounderd if anyone else had,had this and could it be anythink to worry about? hmm thnx beck xxx

Nothing to worry about, everything in your body is shifting and stretching and changing... including the muscles and ligaments in your hips and pelvis especially, which affects all the surrounding muscles and ligaments (the lady bit area).

Good luck... You will experience many pains, in many places while your pregnant.

Your midwife should do an STD swab at some point too, it is routine (at least where I am). They also generally do a urine sample at every appointment to test for UTI and protein levels etc.

You shouldnt worry about STDs though unless you had symptoms before you were pregnant, or you have had sex with a new partner.

aww fnx for that, i was just a bit you kno cause no one had mentioned any think about having pains there they bloody hurt though haha thnx agen
