I wear 'bikini' type panties, size M, and so far they're all still fitting (I'm not even 14 weeks yet). I'm sure I'll need to upsize soon, and as long as I'm pregnant I'm sticking to inexpensive cotton panties (which can be thrown out if they stretch or get stained). Besides, they're the most comfy ones anyway, and hubby really doesn't care about sexy undies!

OK CONFESSION TIME!!!

I have VERY narrow hips and no ass! So for me normally boyleg undies are my best friend. Since being pregy however...my undies do not stay up as I have no hips...or bum...so even maternity undies dont stay up now that I have a huge tummy! and I cant wear undies that sit under my tummy as I have a c-section scar which twinges if anything touches it...seeings it being stretched now...SO....Ive been wearing DH undies..his undies that are like speedos...you know the ones? They stay up as they are made for men who dont have hips or bums...and as I dont have anything dangling between my legs the extra room in front is comfy on my tummy! DH normally wears boxer briefs..they are like boxers but are cotton and keep everything in one place...so I had to buy some tighty-whities from K-Mart. $9.95 for a 7 pack!

Otherwise I usualy go comando, as nothing else will fit!

I bought some shorts from Mothercare. They're cut to go under your bump and are really comfy. But make sure you get your regular size, as they're quite roomy and will fall down if you get them bigger than you need.
Other than that I just buy regular girl boxers, which come a bit over my bump, but in a size bigger than usual.

I'm still in my normal ones. I'm very unadventurous in the knicker department. Cotton midi knickers.
