I'm Currently Feeling:

Went for physio and

She said i have SPD
she has refered me to the hospital for hydrotherapy, (exercises in water)
She says to do as many pelvic floor excersises as I can.
She said if it gets too bad that I can't walk to say and they can give me some crutches.
She said it should take a week or two for the referal to come through.
She said it is probably because I have already had two already so everything is stretched already.
Its the kids last day at school today then they are off for the six weeks so I don't know what I am going to do. If I can't get someone to look after them I can't go. I will have to talk nice to my partners mum LOL.

oh no i had SPD with brendan its so painful isnt it, i ended up with crutches and a support belt, and taking co codomol all the time, hopefully it wont get much worse for you, one of the best things to do i know it sounds silly but get a small freezer bag of frozen peas and when sitting down put it between your legs it really helps but freezes u to death lol!!! edited to add i had jeans on obviously and used to put a flannel there to sometimes because the peas are sometimes a little too cold

Aww, sounds awful. There are a number of women on here with SPD and it sounds like a very tough thing to deal with.
