my feet have been sore at times starting this past week, sometimes the numbness/soreness goes up my leg. Pregnancy thing? Not sure. This morning i woke up very early from my foot being insanely cramped...it was so painful and it came out of nowhere not sure what is causing the sudden foot pains besides maybe it's a pregnancy thing?

i heard your feet swell and such later in pregnancy but am i too early? i'm guessing maybe blood flow is being limited to my lower extremities and that's what could be causing it.

Maybe i should have DH rub my feet?

Of course you should!! I am starting to get my DP to do things for me because "I'm pregnant" or "I'm carrying your child"!! It usually works as well.

Hey hun, ive been getting awful cramps in my legs too, mainly in the morning. Yep, think you should get your man to rub them as maybe increasing the blood flow will help. Oh what a great excuse! xx

Ive been getting cramps in my calfs in the middle of the night lately i dont know weather this is due to pregnancy either??

I've gotten cramps in my feet from time to time as well.
