I'm Currently Feeling: | I've had dizzy spells too and it does feel really really horrible when on the brink of fainting. Make sure you carry on with the lying flat with your feet raised higher than your head and when I nearly fainted in a hospital they were very strict with me telling me I had to stay like that for ages even after I felt fine again. Also sit and stand up slowly until you are feeling more firm. |
