Everyone is different - I only really started feeling baby at around 18weeks. I initially felt movement only when I was on my back. I'm now 23 weeks and some days the movement is almost constant - to the point where I worry the baby is moving too much!

It's not so much a case of what you're doing Hon as what is Baby doing?! If babe is asleep when you normally lie down then you wont feel movements, coz is asleep. So it may just be that baby is active when you are. So you're in sync.
