Flaming Indigestion

Has anyone else started with this yet. I've never had it before but started at the weekend and this must be pay back for not having morning sickness coz it feels like i've had acid poured down my throat!!!!

I sufferred from it really badly, i still get it, but find that Gaviscon is a great healer, although a horrible texture, it defiantly helps, and it's fast acting

chewable rennie normally work too and they actually taste quite decent if you get the peppermint flavour, normally have a stash in my handbag and take one or two as and when required

The indigestion is horrible! I didn't have it much in second tri but come third tri, I get it daily. I've not used Gaviscon, but have used Rolaids. I've also been told that Tums are safe to take as well. Hope it eases up for you soon

Oh! You can try sherbert too! I never get heartburn but now I'm pregnant some nights I lie down and feel like my throat and stomach are one! It's not really heartburn. more indigestion but whole milk and sherbert both help.
