A pain in the arse!!

Sciatica!!
I know a few of you ladies on here are having back problems. Just wondered how you were doing? I had physio yesterday, and got fitted with an obstetric support belt, so we'll see if it makes any difference.
I thought we could meet on here to have a moan, cause i think my DH is getting a bit sick of hearing me know.

I can't find anything to help me! It's almost so bad when I leave work that I want to cry.

I'm quite lucky, in that i don't work, but i do have 3 young kids, and no car, so the walk to school is just a nightmare.

I suffer from this too. It's very strange though, in that one inute I'm perfectly fine, then next I can hardly take a step. After a good nights sleep it has all cleared up agian, until the next flare up (usually every other day). I went to the docs on Friday and he was reluctant to do anything about it. Just said try paracetamol and see how I do.

I recommend Bowen Therapy, she helped me! My hip is still out of place so I get a bit of pain which will be cleared up when I c a chiropactor, but def worth a shot!

I've been suffering with this even though i'm still early on! Like someone else said I can be fine one minute and the next I can't move - is very painful. I went to the docs and she just signed me off for 2 weeks and said if paracetamol isn't working I can try co-codamol as a last resort but im a bit reluctant to take this really. x

I got prescribed co-codamol too, and i haven't taken any either, i don't think i will. Too risky as far as i'm concerned. I've got my back brace on today, and i must say i'm feeling quite comfortable.
