I just sit on mine and bounce a little or rock. It's so comfy especially since i'm having such problems with my pelvis. Can sit on it longer than the sofa.

Ive got one and have no clue on what exercises i can do on it lol but they are supposed to be good to sit on and it helps the baby move down into the right position and also good to lean on with back ache!

I have just started a pre-natal Pilates class and we use the ball to do all sorts of great abs, quads and bum exercises. At this stage, we aren't supposed to be on our backs because of putting too much pressure on whatever that very important vein that connects to our legs is called, so using the ball lets you do all sorts of core exercises safely.
Pilates can be a bit hard to describe if you haven't ever done it before. I've only done one of the prenatal classes, so maybe I can write a description of a couple exercises after the next class? It's on Monday.
