try doing the Cow/Cat excercise.... not sure if it will help but it could do...
get on all fours & let your back relax & your belly sag... like a cow
then still on all fours, arch your back lifting your belly up like a cat does..
repeat a few times ..
Helps to move around all of your organs to a better position & could therefore decrease the pressure...
Like I say might not work but there again it could do
