Take headphones, a walkman/ipod, snacks, a magazine and boiled sweeps to suck on take off and landing. Think staving off boredom. There could be a film or some TV shows - they'll either sell you 2 prong phones or may be able to use your own to listen to it.

As you're pregnant I think there's possibly an extra need for flight socks and doing the foot excercises (recommended in the back of the flight magazine), and try to go to the loo - if only as an excuse to strech your legs.

In the safety announcements - most are exactly the same, you wil find that you will listen to every word on your first flight and then you are likely to not bother again - but do pay attention to your nearest fire exit and where they've put the lifejacket as this can change (usually under seat).

Been a regular flyer since I was 6, so it's likely I've take for granted something obvious to tell you.

But good luck, enjoy and also - where are you flying to?

Ooooh yea i think its pretty much summed up... i went on a 4 hour plane also a few weeks ago i insisted on sitting on the aisle thinking i'd need to pee but i didnt end up getting up once

Def take something to read and listen to, they will prob play some sort of movie but not for the whole trip.

Make sure you are dressed for it being too hot or too cold, you either get flights that have too much air con and freeze you or too stuffy.

Take lots of munchies for the boredom

Oh and take body/hand cream cos the air con totally dries your skin out

Bet i've missed lots of things

Have an awsome holiday!!
