RhD Negative


has anyone been effected by being RhD negative??

i now understand what this is, but i want to hear about other peoples experiences

sorry i want to be nosy!!

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I'm RH negative. All that I've had to do though is get the shot at 28 weeks, and I will get another after I've given birth. Not quite sure what you mean about it affecting me?

I'm Currently Feeling: 


Im RH negative too. Will have an injection called Anti D at 28 weeks and one at 36 weeks. Not sure about ins and outs and effects sorry xx

when i said affecting you

i ment if you have had more than one child as the first baby is uneffected, isnt it?

as it is the children you have after your first that are effected, isnt it??

Should also mention (I'm sure your doctor will mention it) but if you do happen to fall during your pregnancy you'll want to give your doctor a call...they may want to give you another injection.

Like Vickie said if you have any accidents or any bleeding it is important to get checked out, because of the blood.
