I'm Currently Feeling:  | Anyone chancing no antenatal classes?
Hi guys, Just wondering if any one was chancing birth without antenatal classes with their first baby?
I am under Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS trust and have been told they no longer subsidise classes under NHS. Earliest NCT one starts in Sept and ends right before I'm due. Plus it costs £174 which you don't get back if you give birth early.
Just thinking about saying sod it..... |

In answer to your original question though, I didnt go with my first - I wouldnt be going this time except hubby wants to.

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I wouldn't pay for classes. It's enough paying for aquanatal each week. I'm lucky, we have a series of 4 classes that are free and you can attend from 30 weeks. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | We're going but only because ours are free. I looked into the NTC ones as well, but I can't afford to pay out for those and everything else either. Hope you find some on the NHS! |
