Allan Carr - giving up smoking

I've got a copy of the Allan Carr "The Easy Way to Give up Smoking" book going spare if anyone wants it. It's the version that came with a video, but I don't have the video, so it is a very condensed version of the book. It worked for me though.

The only thing I would say is that it might not be the best book to read when you're preggers as it does encourage you to smoke like normal whilst you're reading it, and then stop at the end of the book. It might be better for a TTCer.

PM me if you're interested.

PS - I've started a new thread for this as I didn't want to get lost in previous 'smoking' threads.
