So a woman from North Herts College rings today and asks to speak to me ...

"Hi, im calling from the college about Chole who's going to be taking your position on when you go on maternity leave in september!

Wooooah slow down lady!! Apparently this Chloe girl who did some temping work for us 2 weeks ago has told the college she is going to be taking my position when i go off!!

Pretty pissed about that as A. no one has told her she can even have my job B. you cannot take someone on as a trainee on a maternity leave contract and C. when did i say i was going on maternity leave in spetember? Because i really want to sit at home for almost 4 months before im due when i could be earning money!!

To make it worse ... she was supposed to come in and help me out on friday and she didnt even turn up

Anyone else think she's trying to jump in my grave so to speak?

I just asked my boss and he said in passing last week that they were going to be looking for someone to cover my maternity leave, she expressed her interest and left it at that!!

He said he never mentioned september lol he doesnt want me to go on maternity full stop lol
