It's completely normal at this stage for pregnancy symptoms to come and go. At this point lots of people haven't gained a pound, many have actually lost weight, and some peoples uterus' are more inside their bodies than others which is why some show more than others! Are you bleeding at all? I wouldn't worry unless you're bleeding bright red (enough to soak a large pad in an hour), or are leaking at all.

I have different pains ALL the time... The thing is, your bladder is under alot of strain, the muscles are stretching, it has a uterus and baby sitting on it and moving and kicking it all the time etc. Plus the kidneys work harder to take the baby's waste out.

You kind of go through ups and downs, both with pains and your eating habit. You are only 17 weeks? I didnt have ANY bump at 17 weeks!

Dont worry, sounds like you are going through all the common stuff many others are. Eat healthy when you are hungry, drink lots, take your vitamins and you should be healthy and fine.

Thank you so much for responding...No I have not bled at all in my pregnancy...what do you mean by leaking?? I have a mini discharge here n there or like an ovulating discharge the egg white clear stuff...So tenderness in the pelvic area is normal...I only leak a lil when I got to the gym which hasn't been in like a week...

Leaking small amounts is normal. Alot of women get more "wet" down there, some dry up... Its normal.

Where is the bladder located when your pregnant sorry if it is a dumb question...I think my uterus is still in my pelvic area when does it come up??? I can feel with my fingers on top above my pubic line where it is?? Thanks

Your bladder is at the front of your pelvis, the uterus is behind it and grows upwards and eventually kind of just sits on your bladder.

At 17 weeks the top of your uterus is approx 3 finger-widths down from your bellybutton.

Like everyone said, pains seem pretty par for the course. Still sucks, tho!

Sounds like stretching pains, when your body starts to make room for the uterus and stuff. All sounds normal to me!!
