I'm Currently Feeling: | Mcdonalds Ice Cream I dont know if anyone else has been told this but at my first midwife appt she advised me not to eat mcd's ice cream (or any soft ice cream) as it had not been frozen. Not sure of the exact reasons but I presume something to do with bacteria.
Well today I had a mcd's ice cream
I totally forgot until just now. Do u think all will be ok? Its only been this once. Has anyone else got any info or advice?
I think i'm just being paranoid |

I'm Currently Feeling: | As far as im aware they say this about soft ice cream because its unpasturised and the way it sits in the machines for ages before we eat it but dont worry my cousin worked at mcdonalds and she said they put there ice cream threw the heating process everynight to get the germs and stuff out of it so its probably quite safe, iv ate it and everythings been fine, i have avoided it from other places like the ice cream van |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I had one the other day too. I wouldn't worry about it. They tell you lots of things to avoid just as a caution... it doesn't mean that it will do you or LO any harm |

I'm Currently Feeling: | You'll know if it's not pretty soon because you'll have food poisoning! I'm sure it will be fine! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I heard that, it´s cos it´s unpasteurised (sp?). But I must confess I forgot and had one last week. I´ve not had a bad reaction to it yet, so presume I´m ok! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm sure that once wont hurt. I think the rules about what you can and cant eat are abit overboard anyway. In my opinion anyway. I cant see it hurting having something you shouldn't have just once, so long as you don't make it a regular thing. |
