I started seeing an ex recently (got back with him (not bump's dad) when i was 18 weeks) & he's been alot more soppy this time around than last year .. kisses on texts, saying he misses me etc which is something he never ever did

Awwww bless!! Thats so cute.

I dont get an "i love you" every day but that doesn't bother me. He has started rubbing my belly and asking if i'm ok every 5 mins. He also cuddles me for longer and sometimes he squeezes me so hard that i have to remind him he's squashing bump! He's also said he wants to cut down in his drinking, which i'm really happy about because it was getting out of hand and making him ill. It's been 4 days now and he's only had 2 drinks! I'm so proud of him

my OH is definatly more soppy, he does tell me he loves me mch more and hugs me alot more, the first thing he does when he gets in from work is give me a hug. and i keep waking him up with him hugging me.



my OH wont let me carry anything as we moved house last weekend this ment alot of work for him lol, and wont let me use any cleaning products.


me and the Oh have been alot closer lately so this could add to his soppyness

Mine is usually pretty open with his feelings all the time. He has gone a bit more soppy, but not in the way other's OH's have. Instead mine has these weird moments of being a big baby himself - today he asked me to make his toast for him! (you know how sometimes things like toast and sandwiches etc just taste better if someone else has made them for you)
I think he just needs some comfort. It would be annoying if he wasn't also really protective and sweet towards me. He can't really cook though - which is a bummer because there are some days when I soooooooooo wish someone would make me dinner and me not have to think about it. I do think my OH would try if he wasn't working so hard, but he comes home really wiped out and we both try to squeeze on the sofa of an evening. If I get up for the loo, he takes over my spot and falls asleep!

Pfft, mines got less soppy. I get way less kisses on texts, he rarely says I love you, we never spend a night snuggled up on the sofa. Right now he's abandoned me for the second time today to play computer games so I'm sat on my own watching Eastenders. I don't even like eastenders!

yes this is James too!! I get texts saying how wonderful i am tec every minute of the day!! He's even suprising me with presents jst because!! He can't stop feeling my tummy and just kissing me and looking at me! I'm not used to it as hes usually a real lad who doesn't very often show his feelings!!

Awww thats so sweet. Me and my hubby have always been a bit soppy we are always saying I love you but bump has definately made him even soppier - he can't wait til he can feel baby move on the outside! It's great! x x
