Pelvic floor exercises -confession


Oh dear. I have a huge confession to make. I was having a hayfever sneezing fit this morning, and I discovered why we're supposed to do lots of pelvic floor exercises! I didn't think this was supposed to happen until after the birth!!!

Lol......

I did exactly the same this weekend when laughing at the OH ! I was mortified that id literally pee'd myself laughing.

Ill be doing my exercises every day now !!!

Dont worry luv. I have bad hayfever too and whenever i sneeaze i get leakage!! My mum keeps telling me its imperative i get the exercises done otherwise i could have problems after the birth.

Well after it happened I started doing them, and I must be doing them wrong cos LO started doing all sorts of flips and stuff so I think I'm squeezing my tummy not my, erm, bits! I'm sure they happen naturally if you orgasm, so I might just get my OH to up my orgasm quota
