And... from the health care side of the story... people DO over exaggerate alot of the time. Having a doctor who hands out meds left and right is probably the worst thing anyone could want. A good doctor should be able to explain why they dont want to give you something and why they are doing what they are doing.
And what most people do not get or realize, is that taking anti-biotics and stuff isn't always the right answer, and that the more anti-biotics one takes, the more immune they become to meds and end up having to take stronger, riskier meds when they DO actually need medical intervention. The same goes for headach relief and migraine relief, sometimes less is better.
That is why doctors are becomming reluctant to give meds or anti-biotics for every little thing. Including urine infections, which are very simple to fix. They are simply an overgrowth of bacteria which cranberry juice will detoxify and cleanse away.
Rachie, im sorry you are in so much pain. If your last result for urine infection was clean then I guess it is good to go to emerge to get tested for other things. Did your doctor do any STD or PID testing yet? I had swabs and bloods done earlier on.
I was told by one doctor that you do get alot of bladder pain and cramping during pregnancy, especially since this is my first and I am younger, my bladder is very toned and smaller. And now it has a baby sitting on it and kicking it etc.
Whoever said pregnancy was fun all the time? lol
