Restless Nights?

Is anyone else not sleeping properly and having really restless nights?

Im finding as soon as i try to go to bed i get strectchy twinges, not cramps but more of a pulling sensations and my tummy just feels reaaaally fidgety and rumbly like im hungry or something, its reaaaaaaally starting to annoy me i couldnt get to sleep until 1.30 last night and i went to bed at 11.30 and when i manage to get to sleep it wakes me once or twice in the night!!

Im not sure if its because i have a tendency to sleep on my tummy and now ive got a bump growing it doesnt like it or its some form of movement starting?

I get to sleep fine, but then wake up a couple of hours later and thats it. Wide awake for hours. I have started getting really bad hot flushes - like I'm burning up from the inside out and even lying on the bed is too hot for me. I have to stand up to allow all of my body to cool off. I'm soooooo tired now!!!

It's horrible isn't it. You just have to catch up when you can. I've started to go for a sleep when I get in from work, and then getting up about 730 and then going to bed again later. You're still up in the night, but having those couple of hours earlier does help! I was ready for sleepless nights when baba arrived, but not before lol!

Definately with you on that one Holly, my sleeping patterns all over the place. And then the time you do drop off the DH starts having a wriggly worm fit!!!! Tit. Have you tried putting pillows down side to help with sleeping on side, heard this helps so i might try that soon.xx
