| Braxton Hicks ?
I've been having what feels like contractions in my uterus lately. I get an uncomfortable feeling like a mild period pain and feel my uterus tightening up. Sometimes I also get a dull ache in my back but it all lasts a few seconds.
Today, Ive been feeling this quite often and started to freak out because I googled it and I am not supposed to have a mild pain, just be uncomfortable. I'm also worried about the frequency and the lower back pain.
I had a scan a few days ago and it all looked normal but should I be worried now? Are Braxton Hicks supposed to feel like very light period pains sometimes? |
