Am back from hospital

ooo i've just spoken to a cmw and shes advised me to get up to the hospital to get checked over because of this pain in my side. I observed it over the weekend and its not got much better so i decided to ring them up. I'm just taking a few minutes to compose myself and calm down before i go! I so hope she tells me its nothing

Slight change of plan, they just phoned me back and advised me to go tomorrow afternoon instead so I can see the consultant *sigh of releif*. Hopefully that means its nothing to serious then, the woman i just spoke to was a bit dippy tho! She thinks it could be the start of a urine infection??

it sounds like it could be stretching pains to me (they can be quite severe).

Good luck tomorrow

poor you. i hope everything is okay. i had a terrible pain in my left side and across my bump and it turned out to be a urine infection - hopefully its just stretching pains or something that can be easily fixed. try not to worry (easier said than done i know).

good luck

well at first we thought it was a knee or something being awkardly placed, then the pain got a bit more and we decided it could be musclar, obviously a lot of stretchin goin on at this stage. Then the pain started to happen for hours at a time so we thought, and others suggested LO trapping a nerve but even when LO's moving the pain is still there. I didn't know that urine infections can start as pains like this though (never had one before) i so hope it is something easily fixed like that though!
