lower back ache - any tips?

as baby has been getting bigger, my back has been getting more and more achey, especially my lower back and tailbone. i've tried using a hot water bottle but it doesn't do much. i find that sitting is getting really sore and only lying down brings relief. anyone got any tips for easing lower back pain?

i purchased a nursing chair. This has helped my back ache whilst being pregnant and when the lil ones born i'm going to use it for feeding and general nursing. After that i'm either gonna resell it or it'll be lovely in a conservatory or something. They are quite costly so if you can't afford one of them then maybe something like a garden chair with a cushion will help you, it just makes you sit up straighter.

I was wondering about this too. A warm bath helped me a bit last night. Sorry I dont have much to add, but I hope somebody posts a good tip, lol. After only working 4 hours I could hardly walk.
