Is this normal?

I have been feeling uncomfortable for the past few days in my very low abdominal side. It's even below where my uterus is supposed to be. I lay down and touch it in a circle shape, I mean, around the uterus, and it feels tender for a while, but then it's ok.

It's an on and off thing. Is this normal?? will it go away?? is this the uterus stretching???

It could be.. i don't really know much bout all that, but when I had abdominal pains, i had some blood tests and was told its suspected appenditicitus.

Does it come and go? Usually start the left side then move?

Hi Suzan, it does sound like stretching pains. The uterus is surrounded by muscles and ligaments attaching itself to your body - as it stretches, this can lead to things like abdominal pain and backache. Sometimes this is called round ligament pain. If the pain is around the sides of your uterus or below, this is probably what it is. You are probably about to have a growth spurt in your bump!

However, if you are really worried about the pain or it gets a lot more painful, I would call up your doctor or midwife to discuss it.
