I agree with MM, it could be low iron. Have you had your full blood count yet? If not, when they test for that, they could put you on iron tablets. A lot of women are on these and they do give you much more energy - just don't mention the word 'constipation'!!!

I had a few dizzy spells last week so went to GP, who tested by bloods and found that my haemoglobin was low. Perhaps you could try increasing your iron intake, as lack of iron can make you feel dizzy and tired also. xx

I'm with low iron - but to get it all checked out!

Even after birth with low iron I was faint ...I actually fainted in the shower *scarey*.

Ok well it could be 2 things. Firstly low blood pressure which is caused by a low haemoglobin ( so being anaemic) so it may be worth you taking iron tablets to boost this, or it could be heat related.Many pregnant people suffer with fainting episodes in the heat!
Im sure its nothing to serious however you could always call your mw to put your mind at rest!
